How to Use the JoyaGoo Spreadsheet (Tested Step-by-Step)

Find it on the spreadsheet
Search by keyword, filter by category, or paste a photo to find a visual match among 10,000+ finds. Each entry shows the seller, price and real QC photos from earlier buyers. In our test, most searches surfaced a live listing on the first try — copy its link for the next step.

Paste the link into JoyaGoo
Open JoyaGoo and paste the link; the original listing loads with its options. Pick size, colour and batch and add it to your cart. We found listings imported cleanly, with prices matching the spreadsheet and no manual searching needed.

Pay for the item
Check out with a card, e-wallet or your account balance. At this point you pay the product price plus domestic Chinese shipping only — international freight comes later. The total matched the estimate in our run, with no surprise add-ons.

The agent buys & you track
JoyaGoo purchases the item and receives it at the warehouse, usually within a few days. You follow the status from the dashboard the whole time. Nothing leaves China until you decide to ship, so there is no pressure to rush a half-finished cart.

Review the QC photos
When the item lands, JoyaGoo uploads HD photos from several angles. This is the step that earns the score — study the stitching, soles, tags and hardware, then approve. If it is wrong, request a return within five days while it is still in China.

Combine approved items into one parcel, add insurance against loss or seizure, and use the calculator to compare lines for your country. Pay the freight and track it home — putting items together is where the shipping cost actually comes down.
